RETURN POLICY

From Bodega Mont Reaga we will accept product returns within the first 7 days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer and provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, which regulates the management of trade, are met. .

Returns previously authorized by mont-reaga.com and in writing will only be accepted. To request this authorization, the client will previously contact mont-reaga.com and once authorized, the shipping address of the merchandise and the conditions for the return to be accepted will be indicated.

The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the product will be returned.

Mont-reaga.com reserves the right to pay a lower amount in case the material does not arrive in perfect condition.

The transportation costs arising from the return will be borne by the Winery as long as said return has been accepted in writing by the Winery.

Products damaged by transport

In order to process a claim for damage during transport, you must notify the ASM transport agency within a maximum period of 24 hours or by phone 645769801 or if the external packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, indicate it in the delivery note that is signed upon receipt of the order.

Once the claim is made, mont-reaga.com takes over the collection of the defective product and once received, a product in perfect condition is sent at no cost to the customer.
